What's The Best Settings For 4K In Compressor? For The Best Quality Possible & Smallest File, Please?

I've made this custom 4K setting in Compressor, nevertheless, the quality isn't the best...

No way as good as Handbrake!

However, Handbrake takes hours to compress compared to Compressor...

Is there something I need to change in the settings to make the quality a bit better?

What's the equivalent of the 'Quality Slider' on Handbrake in Compressor, please?

Thank you for your help!!

The data rate to use is entirely dependent on the content. You’re trying to balance quality against file size that are at the opposite end of the spectrum. I’d suggest doing a couple of short tests. Find a section that is very complex, a lot of motion, some transitions, as they’re difficult to compress. Mark a range in the timeline with I and O and send it to Compressor. FCP doesn’t need to remain open once Compressor has the project.
