iPhone 12s sold in the US have a 5G mm wave antenna.

Iphone 12s sold outside of the US do not have a 5G mm wave antenna.

If your phone needs to be replaced, they will not be able to replace it.

There has never been an international warranty, the warranty has always had the option of being restricted to country of purchase.

They're not obligated to honor the warranty and may not be able to replace it with an unit that's functionally identical to the original.
