iphone backup says not enough space to back up

I have over 2 gb available on my icloud but iphone backup says not enough space to back up

And it would seem that your backup will require more than two gigabytes, for the unique contents of your iPhone.

You can either add storage, or remove usage, or both, or switch to and back up to a local Mac or Windows system.
