There are many third-party alternatives - some expensive, some more modestly priced. If you are looking for good quality stand-alone keyboards (i.e., non-folio), you should be looking at Bluetooth keyboards.
There are many Bluetooth keyboards to choose from, of varying suitably and quality. One of the better alternatives is the Logitech K380 - which has received many positive reviews in the technical press.
