Uninstall PS CS6

Those general instructions won't help you at all. You're now running Catalina. Adobe's CS6 uninstaller will not run. You need to use Adobe's script tool.

Scroll about halfway down the page to How to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. Select macOS from the drop down menu. Download the .dmg file and follow the rest of the instructions.
