Found a bug

If I swipe down the first page of iPhone 12 pro max, the view blurs and I have to shut down the phone pushing right button.

Blurry Home Screen iPhone 11 Pro When I am in my phone checking emails etc. Then exit from that screen back to the Home Screen as of today the icons are all blurred. I can shut the phone off and get back in no problem. If I touch the home screen at the top the icons will all go blurry, I again shut the phone off and on again and the icons on home page are the I only ones that are all blurry? Is there a fix fir this? Thanks

Swiping down activates the Search function. Either type something to search, or swipe back up to cancel and return to the Home Screen.
