I have a MacOS High Sierra IMac late 2013. The last update i have is 10.13.6. I need at least 10.14 to use Turbo Tax. It will not let me update. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to get a software update for a MacOS High Sierra IMac (late 2013) to at least 10.14?
