Setting up iPhone

This phone recently was reseted but when Attempting to set it up again. No matter what wifi I connect it do, it won't actually connect to wifi. After "connecting" to my wifi network, if I want to restore using iCloud backup, it presents me the message

Wifi Required

A wifi connection is required to restore from an iCloud backup

Even though I connected and it says its connected.

Its been an hour now, what do I do?

Try settings>reset>network connections.

Then force restart your phone:

* press and quickly release the Volume Up button.

* Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.

* Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo. (KEEP it pressed until the apple Logo appears)
