Macbook pro 2018 battery not charging

Hello:

I have a macbook pro 13" and the battery is not charging anymore.

I have reset the SMC, bought a new power cord.... no change......

It states the battery is normal heath.

It also says that the battery is charging, but it is not. (see photo)

The power source is the power adapter, but the charge keeps going down (Battery is not charging).

I have nothing else running on the machine.

I do at times have an external raid attached and am editing photos in PS, but it has never been an issue until recently.

Any help is appreciated.
