purchase was not returned

I made in-app purchase but haven’t received what i paid for. So i tried to get refund by Apple and then i was sent an email saying that my money were returned. But i haven’t received any money back.

And i cannot ask for refund anymore,what should i do?

That usually refers to your account balance, not the credit card on file for your payment method.
