How can I reset the apple tv 4k when the status light wont stop flashing and there is no imagine on the tv screen?

Is there a way to reset the apple tv with out being able to see the main menu on the screen?

You will need the assistance from Apple, as users can’t restore the Apple TV 4K model externally themselves.
