So my microphone is grayed out when I try to record a video and the it is blank when I try to record an voice memo.my speakers and other apps like youtube instagram works fine with music but the microphone is not working.And when I try to take a regular call the loudspeaker button is grayed out and I cant tap on it plus I cant hear anything from the caller nor the caller can hear me.
