Has my phone been hacked?

I went on to a website after googling something today, and an advert briefly appeared on my browser about ringing apple support and did (picture below) like constantly flashing up.

(not this number, just using it as an example).

I closed the safari browser but it was still popping up over and over again for some time before it stopped, I did a forced reset, deleted my firefox browser and cleared my safari history then downloaded McAffee to be on the safe side.

I have reinstalled my browser and reopened safari and it hasn't done it since, nothing looks perculiar, no money was missing out my bank account, nothing looked out of place.

Should I do a complete wipe of my phone or should I leave it and see?
