How do I cancel Apple Music?

I have been getting charged $10.99 a month for over a year for Apple Music, I am 75 years old, I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it. I keep getting lead around in circles and no one wants to help me.

can anyone tell me how to cancel this.....PLEASE! I do not have the money for something I have never heard of.
