iPhone not charging after upgrading to iOS 14.4

My iPhone 8 is no longer charging after upgrading from ios 14.3 to 14.4 , what can I do to remedy this situation

Check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge
