Report this to Apple:

You can report this to Apple by forwarding it to Apple. Apple may not get back to you on this, but the more they know of this, the more they will know what is going on. Include a description of what this eMail is all about: a scam text message was received, and attached is a screenshot of it. Send this to: reportphishing@apple.com

The message is a scam. Delete it and do not reply to it.

Apple sends you an email for every purchase you make. Did you get one?

Apple didn't take your money. The message was a scam.

I have not a clue - you fell for a scam. So, you'd have to look into it yourself. No one here has any call in this. Good luck.
