I purchased a Lightning to USB cable (1m) 08:19/20 it’s already tearing apart. I want to get it replaced, I have my receipt of purchase, how do I get another one or refund? I haven’t it a year, nor do I contribute to its deterioration!

Phone cable! I purchased a lightning to USB cable (1m) on 08–19-2020, and it’s already deteriorated and have a tear in it, how do I get it replaced or get a refund it hasn’t been a year, I have my original receipt of purchase.
