My camera icon is not visible on my notes screen

How do I reset my notes screen to include the camera icon to scan docs?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

my guess is that you are not using an iCloud note and the option is only available for those notes.

I just checked my phone and if I created a gmail note, no camera. iCloud note, camera and other options become visible.
