Backing up Apple Watch 6
How do I back up my Apple Watch 6? I didn’t realize before I got a new phone that I would need the old phone to transfer the watch to the new phone. I have no idea if I set up the watch with iCloud or not.

When you unpair the watch from the old phone a backup is made to icloud and when you pair the watch with your new phone you restore this backup to the new phone.
