My purchases I have only made 2 of a 1.99 and I had 40 dollars on there please help I’ve only used the two charges on games. I have never used it on anything else

Someone has used my information be cause I had a visa with 19 dollars on it and I used it first then I got the balance on another card and it was forty dollars and I have only made 2 charges of 1.99 and I get a message that a 22.69 charge was declined and I never made it. Please fib this I thought I would be safe but I need this fix adap

I should have plenty of cash on my card I had 40.00 and I only used 2 1.99 purchases please check and see what happened I got a message and it said it returned a 22.69 purchase that I never made
