How do I transfer apps from old iPad to new that didn’t come over in initial setup of new iPad
I’m helping a friend get apps from her old iPad to new one that didn’t transfer with initial setup as carrier said they automatically

You can go to the App Store, find the particular app and download it to new device by clicking on small cloud symbol. That symbol indicates that you have paid for app if it is one that requirespayment.
