Battery Time Performance reduced by half since Big Sur Update in Intel MacBook Pro

Hi,

With Catalina 1 hour would consume 10%

Now with Big Sur is for one hour is like 20% consumption

Will this improve? advice?

What MacBook Pro exactly? Does it have a discrete GPU as well as an integrated one?

You can turn on Aumatic Graphics switching in System Preferences->Energy Saver

Also the energy use varies wildly depending on what your mac is doing. You can open Activity Monitor on the Energy pane and see if something stands out.

And you can run Etrecheck and post its full report here so others can look for possible issues.
