I cant change region on my apple ID

I moved from Latvia to UK and i cant change region. There writen, that i need to cancel Apple music subscription, but i dont have it. Can you cancel all my subscriptions and change to UK region?

Start with this link for the subscription issue - How to cancel a subscription from Apple and if that does not help go to this link - iTunes - Official Apple Support

For the region start with this link - Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support. You may have to change the language for your device as well.
