Backup External Hard Drive content using Time Machine

I use external hardrives to store files and documents. is it possible to take backup of the content stored on an external hard drive to another hard drive using time machine?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

So Basically one what to make a Mirror Copy of one external drive to another. Just copy one to the other or Look into a Cloning Software like Carbon Copy Cloner ( not affiliated with or employed by nor get $$ from them ) Free 30 Day Trial. It can do the job AND can also make a Bootable Clone of Internal Drive to external drive - added Rescue Plan as source if internal drive dies
