What to do with old Loops and Jam Packs in Garage

I am trying to clean up my backup hard drive. I came across a folder"Music>GarageBand" which contained Loops and Jam Packs. Are these still of any use with the current version of GarageBand. My current MacOS is Big Sur. GarageBand version is s10.4.2. I notice that on my Primary hard drive there is only a song "My Song.band" from 2013.

Mac Pro, macOS 11.1

I really appreciate everyone's help and guidance. Just to make sure I understand what I need to do please let me review. I need to take all the old GarageBand loops, stored on an external drive and drag them into my System/Library/Audio/Apple Loops/Apple.

This is where I have them stored.

And I want to drag them into here.

I would take great care of the loops and sounds and keep them. There are nearly no software instrument loops in the new loops packs of GarageBand, only real instrument loops, that need a lot of storage and cannot be modified, like we could ro with the software instrument loops. I have saved all loops and sounds from the older versions of GarageBand and make sure I have a backup.
