Today some of my contacts at address books disappeared, address book is connected with iCloud, they disappeared there as well( recent contacts of 1-2 years are at address book, old ones were removed). I restarted phone, it didnt help. Could you please advice how to restore contacts

Hi! I followed your recommendation, contacts appeared at my phone, thank you. But the problem continued to come back, already 3 or 4 times in the morning there are no contacts. I followed the same reco you shared, restored the contacts. But how to eliminate the problem forever and not get the same situation ones per week? Before i have never experienced such type of issue for many years using Apple. Thank you in advance
