Is it still possible to upgrade Mac X 10.11.6 to 10.12.2? The app store doesn't seem to have the upgrade anymore or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Thanks!

I have a Mac 7 (mid 2007) that I upgraded from Snow Leopard to El Capitan but would like to get to Sierra, if possible, so I can run Microsoft 2016 (the former Office 365) on my Mac. I have subscription for my PC and it covers MAC but I cannot load it on the El Capitan OS. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
