How can I fix my Microphone, speaker and voice recording problem?

I’m using iPhone 7 and my microphone stopped working for calls and recording voice messages. The voice recording option get dropped immediately after I press. Same thing happens with the video call. There’s also no sound when I make video. Other than that, all other sounds are okay including the typing sound, incoming calls or while watching videos on YouTube and etc. The main problem is the voice recording problem and the lack of sound on both side while on call, and the “speaker” badge problem after placing a call ( looks deactivated).
