Apple ID Payments

I’m trying to make a payment on the AppStore with my Apple ID, but there is no option to use the funds on my Apple ID. Only credit card, PayPal, etc. How do I use the Apple ID funds?

Normally, charges will be withdrawn from your account balance before your payment method is charged. Normally, there isn't anything you have to do to make this happen.
