Changing Email password on an IPad

I am helping my parents. They changed their email password using their desktop computer. I helped them change both the incoming and outgoing email server password on their iPads and iPhone 8 but they are getting an error message. They can send email messages but can’t receive them.

I know it seems obvious, but that indicates that there is a problem with password on the incoming mail server setting. You could try deleting the password and add it back again, or sometimes it helps if you delete the account and add it back again.
