I am not able to connect my iwatch to apple iphone.I tried to reset my phone and watch but while connecting it says you are not connected to internet even though my mobile is connected to network. How can i connect?

An Apple Watch Series 3 requires an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 13 or later. An iPhone 6 cannot be updated to iOS 13.
