Email

My niece can receive a email from apple, but if l email her she does not receive it, and carnt receive emails from anybody else.

We see your niece is unable to receive emails.


If she's receiving an email from Apple, it may be going to a separate iCloud account associated with her Apple ID. She can check if she has multiple email accounts set up under Settings > Mail > Accounts.


Additionally, we'd recommend taking a look over the following article:


If the issue persists, let us know if she receives any specific error or message regarding her email.
