Thank you for your responses. I guess I should have been more specific. I used Combo Cleaner which is a malware removal app. At first it gets rid of it and the next day it pops up again. I contacted their support and they are working with me to address the problem. I have used a software they provided to generate a report of an analysis of the so they can hopefully diagnose what’s wrong. So far no resolution.

i have done what Steve suggested and now will wait a day or two to see if it pops up again before I consider the problem solved
