I may have found an Answer to one of the issues concerning the Menu Bar not showing at top of window.

I am using a TV as my monitor. I noticed I cannot see my Menu at the top of window on my new Mac Mini 2020.

  1. Goto System Preferences
  2. Click on Displays
  3. Check your settings either Default or Scaled. I'm using default because my TV is only 1920 x 1080. I am using HDMI
  4. Goto the UNDERSCAN slide bar and slide to the right until your display is showing correct size.
  5. BAM! The menu and Informational Icons are there.
  6. I hope this helps
