Hi - Can I still use / will my downloaded apps be available on my iPhone if I change my App Store account region/country?
I’m worried that my apps will be deleted or inaccessible unless I’m in the home country. Purchased and free apps.

Any you've downloaded will remain on the iPhone.
Any which are available in the new country's store can also be redownloaded freely from it.
Any which aren't won't be redownloadable without switching back.
