Larger text in the menu bar?

I don’t want to sacrifice resolution in order to make the menu bar text bigger: I just need bigger text in the line of options at the top of the screen. If you connect any 4K+ monitor to a Mac Mini, the text is so small that the menu bar becomes distinctly uncomfortable to read for anybody that doesn’t have 20/20 vision. THIS IS AN ACCESSIBILITY ISSUE that Apple have neglected for some years, now. My SE30 was better, quite frankly.

Is there a third party software solution I can buy, or do I need to return this Mac Mini?

Other than changing the Menu bar size in System Preferences > Accessibility > Display, the only option is to try different resolutions.
