I am trying to change my screen time passcode on my iPhone 11 but the steps shared are not working

Has anyone also experienced issues in changing their screen time passcode even after typing in their Apple ID and password?

If using IOS 13.4 or later, see the Apple Support article(s) below.

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
