Apple Watch won’t turn on

I got an Apple Watch that I haven’t used in a couple of months but now won’t turn on , when I put it on charge the apple logo flashes up but won’t turn on, Iv tried restarting it by holding down both buttons but nothing happens, I even unpaired it with my phone but now I can’t pair it again as it won’t turn one any suggestions?
