hi there was a previous owner to this i pad i currently have and it continues to teme to put in there apple id but i have tried to get in contact with them but there has not been a response so i was wondering if there was anyway you could help me

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
