Hi, I am a manager who has a returned staff phone that is locked. I'd like this un locked so another staff member can use it. Can you help?.

Have a designated company representative contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork.

Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
