Can I add another payment method besides to the family one?
I'm part of a family, not the organizer, so I can't manage the payment method. How to add another independent credit card for the payments?

You can Add money to your Apple ID balance - Apple Support or Buy Apple Gift Cards - Apple and apply them to your account, but you cannot add a payment card to be used for your own purchases if you are in a family group but not the organizer.
