Cannot type a new email address into Mail send without it defaulting to a saved email address.

How to type in a new email address into Mail send ( To: ) without it getting defaulted to some similar email address already used earlier.

Please see if this helps.


Navigate to "Window > Previous Recipients" in the menu bar of Mail, you should get the list of already used earlier, clear it off.
