I know my Apple ID and Password but I can't make changes to my account. My rescue email address is no longer valid and I need to answer security questions to do that. Problem is I don't get those answers correct so to change them, Apple sends a rescue email to an account I can't access. I'm in a loop! Any way to fix these things?

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

I set up 2 -stage verification and this seemed to elliminate the need for rescue password of security question so I think its sorted now
