I cant download Movie app. Is my system to old to update?

iMovie can’t be installed on “mac OS” because macOS version 10.15.6 or later is required.



High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G66)

Mac (27-inch, Mid 2010)

3.2 GHz Intel Core i3

12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

  • Yes, iMovie for iOS is available on the App Store. iOS 14.0 or later required. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Downloading apps requires an Apple ID.
  • iMovie for Mac requires macOS 10.15.6 or later, 2GB of RAM (4GB recommended), an OpenCL-capable graphics card, and a display with 1280-by-800 resolution or higher.
