Exercise minutes and calories not recording correctly

I have a Series 3 and nearly everyday I workout I will train for an hour, but it will log way more minutes than I actually did. An hour of training will log 200 minutes, or I've seen 400 minutes. TODAY, calories started not recording correctly as I burned 479, according to my open Outdoor Walk workout but my Move ring says 136 calories burned. Does anyone else experience this and if so, how can I fix it without losing any of my progress and awards this year.

See the "Make sure that you earn Move and Exercise credit" section in:

You should also make sure your watch is calibrated:

If all those seem OK, then the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

I have similar experience with Garmin connect showing burned calories for an hour workout as 900+ and active "move" calories are only 400+. the activity "move" ring calories are not reflecting active calories are passed from Garmin connect and shown in Apple health app as active calories. How can active calories be counted in one spot in health and not the other?
