I have an iPhone that a friend give it to me but the phone was have an activation lock
and I cannot contact the owner to ask him to unlock it

If you don't have access to the account it is locked to, or any proof of purchase there is no way to unlock it.

If you have proof of purchase you can request to have the activation lock removed.
