I no more living in country where my Apple ID was registered. I wanna change it to actual country, but I can’t. It says that I should spent my money on wallet, but I can’t do it. There is nothing in price that I have on balance
How can I change country then?
Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
