Updating OS on Older MacBook Pro

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) currently running High Sierra (10.13.6). What is the most recent version of macOS I can upgrade to? It appears that the 2012 models are not supported by Big Sur.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Catalina.
