Apple Watch Stuck

My apple watch is stuck on choose language and manage. I held down the side button and put my finger on the digital crown and nothing happens. Any suggestions???

Apple Watch Apple stuck on screen My Apple Watch is stuck on a black screen with a white apple in the middle.
