When trying to pair my new Apple Watch to my iPhone an error message says that i need to update my iPhone and they won’t pair. My iPhone says i have the latest update. I have turned both off and then on and it still won’t pair.

For the newer versions of the watch you need at least iOS 13 installed on your iPhone. The iPhone 6 is only capable of running iOS 12. You need at least an iPhone 6s.
